By accessing or using the Learning Management System (“LMS,” “Site,” or “Service”) operated by ATII<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0(“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.<\/span><\/p>

If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an educational institution, organization, or employer, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you individually and that entity.<\/span><\/p>

2. Eligibility and Account Registration<\/span><\/h2>

2.1 Eligibility.<\/span><\/strong> You must be at least <\/span>[13\/16\/18]<\/span><\/strong> years of age to create an account.     5.2 Academic Integrity.<\/span><\/strong> You agree to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty. The following are strictly prohibited <\/span>:<\/span><\/p>

    • Cheating:<\/span><\/strong> Using unauthorized materials or assistance during assessments<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Plagiarism:<\/span><\/strong> Representing another’s words, ideas, or work as your own, including content generated by artificial intelligence<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Collusion:<\/span><\/strong> Unauthorized collaboration with others on individual assignments<\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Impersonation:<\/span><\/strong> Having another person complete coursework or assessments on your behalf<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Violations of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action, including course failure, account suspension, or permanent termination.<\/span><\/p>

      5.3 Consequences of Violation.<\/span><\/strong> We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, the appropriate response to any violation of this Section, which may include a warning, removal of content, suspension of access, or termination of your account<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

      6. Payment Terms\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

      6.1 Fees.<\/span><\/strong> Certain courses or features may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in US dollars<\/span>\u00a0and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>
