ATII’s TechTeach Program is an innovative initiative designed to transform STEM education from primary school through higher education by integrating technology, hands-on learning, and an Afrocentric curriculum. This program aims to cultivate a new generation of indigenous innovators, entrepreneurs, and STEM professionals who are well-versed in both emerging technologies and traditional African knowledge systems.
This program’s objectives include enhancing educators’ technological proficiency across all educational levels, implementing hands-on STEM activities to provide students with practical experience, developing and integrating an Afrocentric STEM curriculum, fostering indigenous innovation and entrepreneurship and promoting climate resilience and sustainable technology development
